This messaging program is operated by Spot58 LLC to provide both transactional and promotional SMS messages to customers who interact with our business through our website https://www.spot58detailing.com and online scheduling or inquiry forms.

Customers explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages by selecting a dedicated consent checkbox during the booking or inquiry process. The checkbox is not pre-selected and clearly discloses that the customer is agreeing to receive both service-related and promotional text messages from Spot58 LLC. No messages are sent without affirmative user consent.

The purpose of this messaging program is to communicate with customers regarding their requested services and to share relevant offers. Message types may include:
